WINtergirls!

The friendly bloggers over at In Bed With Books are having a little bit of a contest/giveaway for an ARC of Laurie Halse Anderson's upcoming Wintergirls. You should enter too! It'll decrease my odds of winning, but if you win, maybe you can lend me the ARC once you're finished.

I deeply heart Laurie's books. Speak was actually the first YA novel I ever read - at the age of 22 - and it got me hooked on YA lit. It's probably my favorite book ever. Anyway, I've heard only rave reviews about Wintergirls and will do almost anything to get my hands on an ARC. I've contacted the publisher with a request and am entering any contests/giveaways that I can find as well. I'm sure I won't win (I never do), but a girl can dream, can't she?

Speaking of - should any of you out there have an ARC that you're willing to lend or give me, I would heart you forever. I treat my books with the respect they deserve, taking great care to keep them in perfect condition and would return any lent (?) ARCs promptly and appreciatively. I may even send you baked goods. Can you tell how much I want this ARC?
